About Us
Winemaking
We are a small family winery located in Flowerdale making small batch boutique wine. All of our fruit is hand picked and gently processed to preserve its natural character, while fermentation is closely monitored to ensure depth and balance. Our wine is aged in French oak barrels, which builds complexity, soft tannins, and refined structure. Small batch blending allows us to fine tune each vintage by hand prior to bottling.
Viticulture
Our 1 hectare vineyard in Flowerdale is a true labour of love, currently in its early stages at just two years old. While the vines are yet to produce their first fruit, every step so far has been focused on building healthy soil and strong root systems from the ground up. Each vine is trained and cared for by hand, with an emphasis on low impact farming practices. Careful attention is given to soil health through minimal intervention, and sustainable land management, all aimed at creating a resilient vineyard for the long term. This patient, hands on approach reflects a belief that our healthy soils will be the true foundation of great wine.
